Studencka Komisja Wyborcza Samorządu Studentów WUM ogłasza wybory do ZARZĄDU SAMORZĄDU WYDZIAŁOWEGO EDSG Warszawskiego Uniwersytetu Medycznego.
Tegoroczne wybory odbędą się w formie elektronicznej.
W dniu 04.03.2021 r., na uczelniane konto e-mail (s[nr_indeksu]@student.wum.edu.pl) każdy ze studentów otrzyma link do głosowania, który umożliwi jednorazowe oddanie głosu.
Ilość mandatów w nadchodzących wyborach

- 2 mandaty Event Coordinator (x2)
- 1 mandat Student Rights’ Representative
- 1 mandat Treasurer
- 1 mandat Polish Division Correspondent
- 1 mandat Community Outreach Officer
- 1 mandat Dentistry Coordinator
ZGŁOSZENIA KANDYDATUR
Zgłoszenie kandydata polega na:
- Uzupełnieniu i własnoręcznym podpisaniu dokumentu “zgoda na kandydowanie”.
- Uzupełnieniu i własnoręcznym podpisaniu dokumentu “formularz zgłoszeniowy”.
- Zapoznaniu się z uchwałą Uczelnianego Parlamentu Studentów 02/05/2020, która jest dostępna pod adresem : samorzad.wum.edu.pl/samorzad/ups/uchwaly-ups-wum/ oraz podpisaniu dokumentu “oświadczenie zapoznania się z zasadami prowadzenia kampanii wyborczej”.
- Przesłaniu skanów wszystkich 3 wyżej wymienionych dokumentów na adres skw@wum.edu.pl
Wszystkie wyżej wymienione dokumenty zostały zamieszczone pod treścią obwieszczenia na stronie samorzad.wum.edu.pl/
Ostateczny termin wysyłania zgłoszeń to 18 lutego 2021 roku godzina 15:00. Zgłoszenia nadesłanie nieprawidłowo, bądź po terminie nie będą przyjmowane.
Students’ Electoral Committee of WUM would like to announce the election for the Board of Students’ Council of English Division Department of Medical University of Warsaw.
This year’s election will be held in an online form. On the 04.03.2021, each English Division student will receive an email on their university account (s0[index number]@student.wum.edu.pl), containing a link to the voting page, enabling a one-time vote cast.

CANDIDATE APPLICATION
In order to stand as a candidate, please follow these steps:
Fill in and hand-sign the document „consent to stand as a candidate”
Fill in and hand-sign the document „application form”
Peruse the resolution xxxx of University’s Parliament of Students, available at samorzad.wum.edu.pl/samorzad/ups/uchwaly-ups-wum/ and hand-sign the document „declaration of aquaintance with the rules of running an election campaign”
Scan and send all 3 documents to skw@wum.edu.pl
All of the above mentioned forms are available below the announcement at samorzad.wum.edu.pl/
The deadline is set on the 18.02.2021 at 15:00. Incorrect applications and those sent after the deadline will not be accepted.
